You'll ensure safety, efficiency, and collaboration across all site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.What you'll do:Ensure correct PPE and equipment are available, used properly, and fit for purposeMaintain a safe working environment and enforce safe practices at all timesSupport the Contracts Manager with site planning, resource levels, and programme schedulingCoordinate crane usage, access, and positioning with the clientKeep method statements up to date and available on siteConduct site inductions and regular toolbox talksManage site documentation including labour and equipment registers, site diaries, and delivery notesLiaise with subcontractors to ensure adequate resources are in placeCoordinate daily operations with clients and other tradesSupport snagging, variations, and efficient issue resolutionWork closely with Design and Production teams on detail and deliveryReport and follow up on site issues, errors, and rectificationsAttend site meetings, record actions, and share updates with relevant teamsMentor and support Assistant Site TechniciansBuild strong working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveryWhat you'll bring:Proven experience in a similar site-based roleValid CSCS card is essentialStrong business awareness and commercial understandingHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesConfident using IT systems, including Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of financial processes related to site operationsWhy join us?We are named the world's #1 most trustworthy company in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023Our culture – we connect & care about those around us.
