A key division within Unio, the Wealth Management division oversees all client engagement including delivery of a unique outcome-based (financial planning and investment) proposition to existing and prospective clients. This is delivered through the specialist wealth management advisory teams and supported by the client service function.
In addition, this Division develops a deep understanding of what drives client values, opportunities for growth, emerging disruptions, and value-based pricing and proposition activities.

Role:
At Unio we are organised to advise market segments, Corporations, SME & Business Owners, Professionals, Independent Wealth, Charity and Institutional.
We are looking to recruit an experienced people leader to join our growing and dynamic team and be a part of a business at the leading edge of Wealth Management in Ireland. As Director, you will report to the Head of Corporate & Company Executives and assist them in leading and guiding the team, while supporting in the development and growth of the business unit.
This role will be based in our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and inspire a team of Advisers by setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
· Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
· Ensure advisers are aligned to the target client segment and have in-depth knowledge of their segment.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's success.
· Define clear team goals aligned to segment and organisational objectives.
· Conduct performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data and feedback.
· Lead the end-to-end operational delivery and integration of the Executive Financial Counselling (EFC) proposition across all business channels.
· Ensuring the EFC is embedded at scale, aligned with strategic objectives and delivered through efficient processes and consistent, high quality client experience.
· Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure the team's strategies remain current and effective.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing strategic solutions.
· Act as a point of contact for HR directors, CPO’s, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
· Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Skills And Qualifications:
· Significant years’ experience working in the financial services sector as a Financial Adviser.
· Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
· Strong demonstrable record in relationship management built up through relevant work experience.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial principles and markets.
· Keen attention to detail and excellent presentation skills are essential.
· Be a strong team player.
This position is a Controlled Function under the Central Bank's Fitness and Probity Regime. Any offer will be contingent on satisfying the criteria to act in a CF3 capacity.
