Drive Sales Success as a Field Sales Representative
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets in direct sales or field sales roles, particularly within the Utilities or Telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and/or commercial customers with a focus on high conversion rates.
* Promote and sell products/services by executing strategic sales approaches to maximize customer engagement.
* Hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs through consistent performance and effective deal closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and rejection handling.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (where required).
