Site Manager Residential Development Location: North Dublin Salary: €*****k + van + benefits About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Managerto lead and oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential development in North Dublin.
This high-profile project is set over a four-year timeline and includes the construction of hundreds of residential units, associated infrastructure, and public spaces.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day management of all on-site activities, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of site operations from groundworks to handover Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials delivery Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Manage site documentation, reporting, and programme tracking Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and local authorities Maintain high standards of quality assurance and control Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly Requirements: Proven track record managing large residential construction projects Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager or similar role Excellent knowledge of current Irish building regulations and health & safety standards Ability to lead, motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills Full driving licence Relevant construction or engineering qualifications Desirable: Experience with RC frame and traditional build methods SMSTS or equivalent safety training certification What We Offer: Long-term, high-profile project in a strategic North Dublin location Supportive and experienced project delivery team Competitive remuneration package Opportunities for further progression within a growing company
