The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to work with our Business Systems team. You will be responsible for internal platform improvements driven by business needs and stakeholder input. You’ll work on high-impact projects such as billing system enhancements and ensuring data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate is technically minded, able to see the big picture, and enjoys getting into the details.
What You'll Do
1. Contribute to and refine the strategic product roadmap for internal systems with a 3-9 month horizon.
2. Collaborate with the Business Systems team to shape the vision of our internal platform, enhancing processes, data accessibility, and insights.
3. Identify and propose new initiatives independently.
4. Engage with clients to stay current on market trends and operational needs.
5. Use research and analysis to suggest feature improvements.
6. Work with internal teams to understand operational processes.
7. Define and monitor product KPIs, assessing business impact.
8. Utilize data to identify issues and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations.
9. Communicate product value and strategy effectively to diverse audiences.
10. Collaborate with Product, Development, and other departments on strategic initiatives.
Who You Are
1. At least 2 years of Product Management experience in software development.
2. Technically minded; a background in software engineering is a plus.
3. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
4. Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
5. Capable of managing senior stakeholders independently.
6. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and clarity.
7. Comfortable interacting with clients.
8. Experience in risk assessment and data analysis for product decisions.
9. Proactive attitude with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
10. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with autonomy.
