As a Principal Clinical System Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and direction in the design, development, and implementation of clinical systems and techNlogies within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. What you will be doing Leading the design, implementation, and management of clinical trial systems and databases. Providing expertise in clinical data management and techNlogy solutions to support trial operations. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met and maintained. Developing and implementing data standards and quality control processes to ensure data integrity. Providing guidance and support to project teams on system-related issues and troubleshooting as needed. Your profile Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in clinical data management, including expertise in clinical trial systems and databases. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and projects. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to clinical data management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
