The role of Duty Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hotel, ensuring a superior guest experience and supporting all departments during shifts. Key responsibilities include supervising front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping departments, being the first point of contact for guest queries, maintaining excellent service standards, leading and motivating team members, managing opening and closing procedures, conducting regular floor walks, and communicating with senior management.
