We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity. As a key member of the accountancy practice, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality accounting services to SME clients.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing annual and management accounts for SME clients, as well as submitting Revenue returns (VAT, RCT, Payroll, Corporation Tax & Income Tax). They will also support clients with Revenue queries, including Income Tax filing deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Preparation of annual and management accounts for SMEs
* Submission of Revenue returns (VAT, RCT, Payroll, Corporation Tax & Income Tax)
* SUPPORTING CLIENTS WITH REVENUE QUERIES INCLUDING INCOME TAX FILING DEADLINES
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must have:
* A professional accounting qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
* No less than 3 years' experience working with a portfolio of SME clients
* A strong working knowledge of Sage and Brightpay software
The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently whilst maintaining excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
