Enrolment Coordinator Role
The role of Enrolment Coordinator is a key position in our service, responsible for the smooth introduction of new children to our organisation.
This involves liaising with families from first contact through to settling the child in the service.
Maintaining a planned schedule of viewings by parents and conducting viewings, promoting the service and dealing with any parents' questions are essential tasks.
Assisting and guiding families through the enrolment process, sharing information on available schemes and assisting parents with completing paperwork are also crucial responsibilities.
Additionally, the Enrolment Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining waiting lists for each service and coordinating with service managers on viewings and enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with families from initial contact to settling the child in the service
* Maintain a planned schedule of viewings by parents
* Conduct viewings, promote the service and deal with parents' questions
* Assist and guide families through the enrolment process
* Update and maintain waiting lists for each service
* Coordinate with service managers on viewings and enrolments
Requirements:
* A level 5 Childcare qualification
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (internal and external)
* A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative
* Good level of English
* Full clean driving license
* Completion of Garda/Police vetting
