The Role
As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Manage all business KPIs to maximise profitability and efficiency.
3. Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
4. Oversee store administration, stock security, and cash management.
5. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
6. Drive team engagement and foster a positive work environment.
7. Handle all employee matters, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
