Associate Architect – Galway
€65,000 – €75,000 | Flexible working | 1:30pm Friday finish | Path to Director

Your Role
* Lead delivery of large-scale projects (healthcare, education, residential, workplace)
* Manage a multidisciplinary team through all RIBA stages
* Build strong client relationships
* Contribute to studio growth and strategy
* Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing
What You’ll Need
* RIAI or RIBA registration + 10 years' post-qual experience
* Leadership on complex projects in Ireland/UK
* Strong technical design and site delivery background
* Revit fluency (must-have) and BIM Level 2 familiarity
* Great team management, client skills, and commercial awareness
* Driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland
