We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civils Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing civil engineering and infrastructure works. This role involves coordinating daily site operations, managing teams, and ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage daily work schedules to meet project targets
Supervise and guide site crews, subcontractors, and specialist teams
Coordinate groundworks, utilities, and civil engineering tasks
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Monitor progress, maintain accurate site records, and report to the Project Manager
Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management of site staff
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor or similar role in construction
Valid Safe Pass; additional tickets (360, CSCS, manual handling) an advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Competent in reading civil and construction plans
