Cost Control Specialist
We are seeking a Cost Control Specialist to join our established commercial team, working on a range of residential and commercial projects.
The Role:
* Preparation and ongoing management of project costs
* Overseeing contractual and legal aspects of projects
* Liaising with clients and design teams
* Administration of contract records and documentation
* Producing monthly cost reports
* Attending project handover and contract review meetings
* Managing cash flow reporting and collections
* Identifying risks and preparing risk management plans
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, supply chain, and professional teams
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the Irish Construction Market
* Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
