About the Role
The Team Secretary will be providing general administrative support to the Company Secretarial department. Primary responsibilities include:
* Providing general administrative support for a large team including the printing, filing, photocopying and scanning of documentation.
* Onboarding clients in our internal database
* Maintaining our internal client databases.
* Assisting with quarterly, annual and ad hoc billing, included but not limited to the generation and circulation of invoices to clients.
* Onward circulation of client post at our offices; and assisting with any further ad hoc requirements as instructed by the Company Secretarial team.
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
* The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to complete tasks in accordance with guidelines/instructions;
* Be proficient in all MSOffice and Microsoft applications;
* Must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team;
* Have excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail;
* Excellent communications skills, both written and oral and a fluent English speaker;
* Be proactive with ability to work tight deadlines; and
* The successful candidate will preferably have a Leaving Certificate and relevant post Leaving Certificate qualification 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a professional environment.
