We are hiring a warehouse operative to manage day-to-day goods in/out and inventory for all our product ranges. The role covers accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, with light assembly for project orders. You will work closely with operations and technical support to keep stock accurate and orders moving.ResponsibilitiesReceive deliveries: check quantities and condition against paperwork; book into the system and label for put-away.Store and handle products in the correct locations; maintain bin accuracy.Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with the required documentation and carrier labels.Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full stocktakes.Prepare returns (RMA): inspect, record findings, and route to repair/credit as instructed.Keep the warehouse tidy and safe; follow housekeeping, PPE, and H&S procedures.Operate forklifts and other equipment as trained.Update the ERP with movements, serial numbers, and tracking information.Flag low stock, discrepancies, or damaged goods promptly.RequirementsExperience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably handling technical products.Good numeracy and attention to detail; comfortable working from picking lists and SOPs.Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook.
