To strengthen our offering and service to our valued customers, both trade and retail, we are looking to appoint a Plumbing and Heating Supervisor to manage our plumbing Trade Counter, our "Bathroom Studio" and our Waterford Stanley showrooms. Working with our current team the candidate will be required to:
* Support and lead the current team of three persons in driving sales and margins across the plumbing, Heating and Bathroom Studio areas.
* Manage Stock levels in conjunction with our buying and warehouse team in line with company policy and with agreed suppliers.
* Work with branch colleagues and management in strengthening relationships with our current and new customers.
* Support the senior management of the business in achieving business goals and objectives.
* Manage the Trade counter and showrooms in maintaining high levels of service and standards.
The candidate will have a number of years' experience in a sales position with a background in either a plumbing or bathroom showroom environment.
Previous supervisory experience is desirable and strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Salary DOE but c.€35-€40k with a possible commission element also. Christmas Voucher bonus up to current Tax allowable amount provided to permanent employees. 5 of 6 day working week with alternate Saturdays or one in three required. Full time permanent position. No Sunday or Bank Holiday work. Annual leave of 20 days.
