Night Porter
to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
Main Duties
* Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any requests during the night shift.
* Handle late arrivals and early departures efficiently and courteously.
* Ensure hotel entrances, lobby, corridors, and public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
* Conduct regular security and safety checks of the hotel premises, reporting any issues or incidents to management.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies.
* Prepare and deliver room service orders or refreshments as required.
* Assist with luggage handling, wake-up calls, and taxi or transport arrangements.
* Complete night audit tasks or assist the night auditor with reports and administrative duties.
* Assist with conference and function set ups
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service (hotel experience preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer literacy (knowledge of opera cloud is an advantage).
* Flexible with working hours between 11:00 PM 7:00 AM, Monday to Sunday
