KNOW THE ROLE

Our Corporate Sales Advisoris a dynamic and driven person who leads the development of our corporate sales channel. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for actively identifying, targeting, and converting corporate clients to utilise Brown Thomas Arnotts’ Personal Shopping services and luxury product offering.

Your role will centre around generating new business through proactive outreach, networking, and tailored service offerings that meet the unique needs of our corporate clientele – including executive gifting, incentives, event styling, and wardrobe services.

* Drive revenue through new corporate partnerships by promoting our corporate services, Personal Shopping services and luxury product range

* Proactively identify and approach potential corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and outbound sales activities

* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate leads, regularly tracking outreach and conversion metrics

* Present compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of corporate clients, positioning BTA as a trusted partner for luxury retail gifting and services

* Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on repeat business and high-value opportunities

* Collaborate closely with the Personal Shopping team and wider store teams to ensure a seamless client experience

* Attend relevant events, trade shows or networking opportunities to promote the BTA corporate proposition

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our luxury brand portfolio and product offerings to support confident and consultative selling

* Prepare regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts for internal stakeholders

KNOW WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential Experience & Skills:

* Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management – ideally in a luxury, retail, or service-led environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of an organisation

* Comfortable making cold calls and initiating new business relationships

* Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently

* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

* A natural relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset

Desirable:

* Previous experience working with corporate clients, particularly in gifting or bespoke services

* Understanding and appreciation of luxury retail and customer expectations in a premium environment

* Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools

Attributes:

* Passion for luxury brands and delivering exceptional service

* Resilient and proactive, with a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

* Professional, polished, and articulate in both verbal and written communication

* Organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
