This role entails overseeing the collection of payments from diverse clients across Ireland and internationally, ensuring a seamless cash flow management process.
1. Attend to client inquiries professionally and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
2. Issue revised invoices and customer statements as required to maintain transparency in our payment cycle.
* A solid understanding of Sage and Excel software is necessary for this position.
