Job Description
A Sales Solutions Engineer is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with our Limerick based Life Science Industry client.
Role of this position
1. Being an SME in both the company product and the Life Science Industry to effectively present the value of the product.
2. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams on leads and opportunities with customers.
3. Providing technical support to the sales team or directly to the customer, to ensure the customer fully understands the value and benefit of the solution.
4. Owning the delivery of the technical input to the sales process, ensuring value is demonstrated effectively and efficiently.
5. Liaising effectively with the sales team, to ensure that the correct technical information is being shared with the customer.
6. Overview and maintenance of demos, trial and workshop databases, product information, etc.
7. Being a Subject Matter Expert for products and technology, and its applied use in industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
8. Graduation from a post-secondary institution with a bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering or Quality. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications.
9. Ideally working as a Process Engineer, Validation Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Quality Engineer in a Lifescience company.
10. Experience or Education in Sales would be a benefit.
11. Good communicator with customer facing experience a distinct advantage.
