Consultant in Emergency Medicine –(12-Month Contract) South West | Leading HSE University Hospital Cpl Healthcare is delighted to partner with a major HSE University Hospital in the South West to recruit a Temporary Consultant in Emergency Medicine .
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, well-resourced Emergency Department within one of Ireland's busiest acute hospitals.
The successful candidate will be required to lead a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ED delivering critical, high-quality, Consultant-led emergency care, working within a collaborative clinical environment with strong support for innovation, quality improvements, and patient-focused care.
Participation in the Consultant on-call rota, essential.
This is a 12 month contract with salary aligned with the HSE Consultants Public-Only contract, with generous allowances and significant earning potential.
To be considered, applicants must: Be registered in the Specialist Division for Emergency Medicine on the Medical Council Register (Ireland).
Demonstrate strong expertise and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
Have proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Show commitment to patient dignity, safety, and quality of care.
Possess strong organisational and planning skills.
Be Eligible to work in Ireland.
