Hotel Operations Supervisor

This is a leadership role that requires a personable and skilled individual to manage and motivate staff, ensuring a consistently high standard of service is maintained.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hotel. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.
\
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operation of the Hotel during scheduled shifts, managing staff, and upholding high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
\
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a manager in a relevant 3-4 star property and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service

2. Ensure high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

3. Deliver exceptional customer service
\
4. Coordinate the operation of the Hotel during scheduled shifts

5. Train staff in coffee, wine, and food items
\
6. Respond to customer queries and complaints
\
7. Lead by example and nurture a positive working environment
\
8. Delegation of responsibilities and maximizing resources effectively
\
9. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a sense of humor
\
10. Highly approachable with excellent people skills
\
11. Strong understanding of business management
