Role: Senior Psychologist

Salary: €98503 - €115784 pro rata (HSE salary scales)

TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) are currently recruiting Senior Psychologist in a leading HSE hospital in Sligo. This is a part time role with a permanent HSE contract.
Purpose of the role: Develop the delivery of a hospital based psychology service for stroke survivors in line with service plans and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy.
Key Requirements
Relevant qualification (PHD or equivalent)
Chartered PSI registration
DOH validation if qualified outside of Ireland
5 years satisfactory post-graduate experience in the area of professional psychology, no more than 3 years of which was spent gaining the post graduate professional qualification and no less than 2 years full-time spent in post qualification experience as a professional psychologist.
Experience of working as a psychologist with adults
Experience working with patients with physical health needs, as inpatients or outpatients in an acute hospital setting or in a community setting
Experience in the provision of assessment, formulation, intervention, evaluation, reporting and supervision with a broad range of clinical problems in terms of complexity and severity seen in people with physical health/ medical conditions, including stroke as relevant to the role
Valid visa or right to work in Ireland is essential for this role (sponsorship cannot be provided as it is a part time post)
