We're a small but ambitious kitchen manufacturing company looking for a Kitchen Designer & Project Manager to join our busy team.
What You'll Do
* Work with customers to design bespoke kitchens that are both functional and stylish
* Manage projects from initial consultation through to installation
* Support sales by guiding customers through the design and decision-making process
* Oversee the flow of the showroom, workshop, and fitting schedules to ensure smooth operations
* Liaise with suppliers, fitting team, and clients to keep projects on track
* Contribute ideas to improve the showroom experience and overall customer journey
What We're Looking For
* Experience in kitchen design and CAD software
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* A proactive team player who can adapt in a small, dynamic company
* Sales experience or a natural ability to engage and guide customers
* Passion for design, detail, and delivering a high-quality finish
