This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong track record in delivering large-scale "big box" developments, advanced manufacturing facilities, or distribution hubs from ground-breaking to handover.Core ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership: Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Programme Management: Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes, identifying critical path milestones and managing sub-contractor schedules.Sub-contractor Management: Oversee diverse trade packages, ensuring clear communication, rigorous quality control, and adherence to project specifications.Health & Safety: Drive a "safety first" culture on-site, ensuring full compliance with EHS regulations and internal safety management systems.Technical Oversight: Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify potential design clashes or buildability issues early in the process.Financial Control: Work closely with the commercial team to monitor site costs, manage variations, and ensure the project remains within budget.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5–7 years in construction management, with significant experience in the industrial and logistics sector (e.g., steel-frame warehouses, cold storage, or logistics parks).Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related trade background with equivalent professional experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Aconex, or MS Project) and a deep understanding of Irish building regulations.Certifications: Valid Safe Pass, CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, and relevant Site Management Safety Training (SMSTS) or equivalent.Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure environments effectively.Why Join This Team?This organization is known for its "can-do" culture and its reputation for delivering complex, fast-track projects for global brands.
