The role is based in our Virginia office. Role & Responsibilities Provide an excellent level of customer service.To provide administrative assistance and support to the Managing Director and the overall team.Responsible for dealing with all incoming phone, email, mySherryFitz queries relating to the office such as arranging viewing appointments, market appraisals etc in a friendly and helpful manner.Ensure timely responses and that all details are recorded accurately on the relevant RPS (CRM system) file.Prepare Terms of Engagement and ensure all compliance documentation is on file in advance of property being made available.Prepare Digital MA kits.Coordinate and manage marketing for sales properties – boards, photographs, brochures, newspaper adverts, social media.Maintain organised, easy to access files on computer ensuring all files are complaint with GDPR, AML and PSRA regulation.Order photos & download to the relevant property file.Update all window displays & ensure display screens in branch are kept updated.Key Skills & Attributes:Friendly and approachable demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help and support others.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Qualifications & Experience:Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house role preferred.Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus.
