Senior Product & Marketing Manager
Avery Dennison Medical seeks a Senior Product & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, profitability (gross profit/EBIT), and product lifecycle management for our Medical/MedTech portfolio.
1. Product Management & Support: Lifecycle Management:
o Define and execute PLM activities, including new product launches, line extensions, cost reductions, and service guideline updates.
2. Pricing & Commercial Terms:
o Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies and commercial terms with Sales; lead cost-down initiatives.
3. Market Segments:
o Focusing on Ostomy, Wound Care, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Drapes, and Skin Care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lifecycle Management:
o Build new pricing plans, manage dynamic pricing, and track KPIs.
3. Commercial Analytics:
o Lead a Pricing Steering Group, build new pricing plans, manage dynamic pricing, and track KPIs.
4. Legal & Contracts:
o Manage commercial agreements, IP protection, and service/supply agreements with the Legal Team.
5. Collaboration:
o Work with R&D on market intelligence and portfolio gaps.
6. Sales Enablement:
o Drive application-focused sales enablement, including data sheets, selling tools, and training materials.
7. Product Oversight:
o Maintain global product overview and sampling coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. 5+ years in Product Management, R&D, or Commercial role in MedTech, managing technical product lines in a B2B environment.
2. Strengths in collaboration, analytical, and negotiation.
3. Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, or Finance.
4. Financial and business acumen.
5. Interpretation of regulatory affairs (FDA 21CFR, EU CE/MDR).
6. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
7. Critical thinking and ability to influence strategy.
