Care Co-ordinator - Older Persons Services FRS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to support the delivery of high-quality home care services. This role involves managing care rotas, allocating care staff efficiently, and ensuring customers receive safe, consistent, and person-centred care in their own homes. You will respond to schedule changes, arrange cover when required, and communicate effectively with both customers and the care team.
