Job Description:
* Manage a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and tax filings in line with statutory and firm standards as a Senior Accountant.
* Provide high-quality accounting, compliance, and advisory services while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering clear financial insights.
* Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and companies, supporting broader compliance requirements and offering practical guidance.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), ideally with experience operating at Senior Accountant level.
* Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience within a professional practice environment.
* Strong technical grounding in Irish GAAP with familiarity in FRS 102.
* Solid understanding of Irish tax compliance for both individuals and companies.
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently to deadlines.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Surf Accounts, Sage) and Microsoft Office.
