Your new company is a Semi-State Body based in Dublin. The company is growing and looking for you to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The organisation is conveniently located and easily accessible via public transport.
Your new role
As HRBP, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and support the HR team and wider organisation. You will provide broad HR support in the areas of Performance and Probation Management, Employee Retention, Compensation and Benefits and HR Governance. You will be responsible for successfully rolling out HR initiatives to specific departments across the business along with providing support and information to line managers and colleagues. You will work closely with a recruitment partner.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have solid experience in a similar role. You will be relationship-driven and take ownership over setting high standards of performance and success. You will have experience with HR Software systems and be systems savvy. You will have experience with Talent Acquisition and partnering with a recruitment agency.
