Summary
Our client, a market-leading manufacturer of premium windows and doors with a new state-of-the-art facility Dublin 12, is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their Residential Service Department. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and emails, accurately recording details and reviewing job records to determine warranty versus chargeable service calls.
Liaise closely with the Service Team Lead on scheduling, call status updates, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Arrange and secure payments for chargeable call-outs prior to scheduling, prepare detailed quotations for service materials and labour, raise invoices, and ensure timely payment collection.
Process and follow up on supplier claims for faulty materials, while proactively keeping customers informed of call-out dates, progress, and any changes.
Maintain precise records in Pipedrive CRM and the Service Call Log, monitor Service Engineers via the Vehicle Tracking System, and manage material orders with suppliers including delivery tracking.

Essential Requirements
Must have previous windows and doors experience to hit the ground running with technical service queries.
Strong IT proficiency, particularly with CRM systems, plus prior experience in service coordination, administration, or customer support roles (highly advantageous).
Excellent clear communication skills for dealing professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Superior organisational ability with keen attention to detail, a positive team-focused mindset, and proven resilience in fast-paced, customer-facing settings.
Proactive, reliable, and flexible approach, with full commitment to company policies, confidentiality, health & safety standards.
