Role OverviewAs an ERP Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to implement, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for client interaction and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and design tailored Odoo ERP solutions.Configure and deploy Odoo ERP modules across versions (v12–v17).Provide training and functional support to end-users.Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.Ensure timely delivery and quality of ERP projects.Conduct UAT and assist in go-live activities.Document processes and maintain functional specifications.RequirementsExperience: 5+ years as an ERP/Odoo Functional Consultant.Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HRMS).Excellent knowledge of business processes across industries.Strong communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.What We OfferHybrid work flexibility.Competitive salary: €45,000–€55,000 per annum .Career growth opportunities.Collaborative and innovative work environment.
