Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive sales in their department by advising customers on their buying needs and requirements.
* Deliver excellent customer service by offering solutions assisting the customers through the buying journey.
* Deal with suppliers and order stock.
* Operate tills and manage cash effectively.
* Maintain a high standard of merchandising, including new stock lines, replenishment, counting, pricing at point of sale, and restocking.
* Promote a quality standard in your department by taking ownership of its functions.
Candidate Profile
* A minimum of previous experience in retail is required.
* Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to build strong relationships and drive customer loyalty.
