Carpenter
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter for an immediate start
Full-Time Role
Lark rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ''A'' rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest of standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
Hours: 7.30am / 5pm (Mon - Fri)
Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate would have a strong carpentry background with at least 3 years experience working on domestic construction projects,
* With 1st & 2nd fix carpentry;
* Must have a keen eye for detail and be meticulous by nature.
* Must have a good manor and work ethic.
* Safe pass and manual handling required.
* Must have own transport and tools.
* Full clean driving licence essential.
* Excellent english both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of modern and traditional construction techniques with ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
* Must have strong Problem Solving skills with a pro-active approach.
Garda vetting may be required for certain projects.
Location of works.
Mainly Dublin.
Occasionally national and international may be required.
Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.
Company van and phone will be provided once probation period is finished which is 6 weeks.
