Lead Care Operations Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to fill the role of Lead Care Operations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services to children and young people in a nurturing home environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management within the health and social care sector, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering good relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
* Providing leadership and guidance to a team of home managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care and support services
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in residential childcare and safeguarding
* Managing large datasets and providing timely reports to stakeholders
* Fostering effective working relationships with professional practitioners, commissioners, and other external partners
Requirements for this role include:
* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related discipline
* At least 3 years' experience in operational management within the health and social care sector
* Proven experience in performance management and data analysis
* Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to create reports and meet deadlines
* A full driving license
