About the Role
We are seeking a polished, professional, and motivated Customer Experience & Retail Sales Associate. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role combining in-store sales, front-of-house reception, and visual merchandising/styling.
A passion for styling, interior design, or visual merchandising is highly desirable, as you will help create inspiring store displays and guide customers in making thoughtful design-led choices. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy blending sales with creativity.
Working Hours
* Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Closed Sunday & Monday
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a polished and personalized customer experience
* Assist customers with product selection, offering expert styling and design guidance
* Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
* Process payments via POS systems (cash and card)
* Upsell and cross-sell products in a consultative, customer-focused manner
* Manage returns and customer queries with professionalism
* Assist with visual merchandising, in-store styling, and display creation
* Maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store environment
* Book deliveries and support daily store operations

* Proven experience in high-end retail, luxury goods, or design-focused environments preferred
