As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the General Manager, directly leading the heads of departments, and ensuring that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-3 years of experience in a Deputy, Operations or Senior Manager role within a large hotel.
* Experience in people leadership and motivation.
* Strong commercial awareness and experience in managing KPIs, targets, costs and revenues.
* Proven ability to develop and nurture talented employees.
* Strong communication skills, with comfort in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
* Ability to develop and build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
About the Role:
