Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for related account activities.
* Maintaining the site order book and reconciling orders with delivery dockets.
* Administering returns in accordance with company policy.
* Ensuring invoices and dockets are accurate.
* Undertaking data entry and backup, including using the company accounts system.
* Performing general administrative tasks related to office operations.
* Assisting overseas personnel with accommodation needs via the company-appointed accommodation agency.
* Supporting logistics for site transitions.
* Strong time management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well within a team, prepare reports, and handle necessary paperwork.
