Hotel Maintenance and Engineering Manager
We are seeking an experienced hotel engineer to play a pivotal role in the pre-opening and launch of our luxury flagship property. As Hotel Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will lead from the front with a proactive approach, taking full responsibility for the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our hotel.
About You:
* An electrically qualified individual with strong M&E background
* Able to set and monitor SLA targets for contract sites
* Experience managing multi-disciplined maintenance teams supported by external contractors/supply chain
You will bring knowledge of computer programs related to Preventative Maintenance, plant automation systems including devices that interact with such programs.
Strong track record of performance in budget forecasting cost management procurement invoice processing experience managing refurbishment enhancement programmes ensuring delivery within budget projected time scales from initial conception completion Effectively manage direct reports main contractors sub-contractors relevant delivery standards timescale cost
