Our services include providing riggers, steel erectors, pipe fitters, fabricators, mechanical fitters, welders, lift supervisors, and mechanical supervisors.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Cork. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the manufacturing and installation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed mechanical designs, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, conducting research and development, and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
* Strong Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills
* Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
* Excellent Project Management abilities
* Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Experience in the construction or industrial sectors is a plus
