Job Summary
As a Safety and Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Develop and implement training strategies that meet the needs of employees at all levels.
* Assess training needs, create instructional materials, coordinate training sessions, and maintain accurate training records.
* Maintain Health & Safety Training programs, including induction training, employee enrollment, and design of in-house training programs.
Responsibilities:
* Update and promote Health & Safety Training initiatives.
* Coordinate Induction training and enrollment of new employees.
* Design and develop in-house training programs for SOPs and work instructions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts on instructional design.
* Work closely with Senior Managers/Supervisors/Team leaders to determine training needs.
* Monitor and track progress, highlighting areas for improvement.
* Participate in construction project site audits.
* Cordinate first Aid training, new and refresher, tracking expiring certifications.
* Coordinate with external trainers or agencies when necessary.
* Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
* Plan and schedule training sessions without disrupting project schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and attendance.
* Prepare training reports for management to assess program success.
* Ensure training materials are up-to-date and reflect current best practices.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the field of safety and compliance.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
