About the Role:
This role will involve leading the day-to-day HR activities on site, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing industrial relations activity, building relationships with trade union representatives and operational leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily HR operations to ensure effective implementation of processes and procedures
* Maintenance of strong governance, documentation, and compliance standards across all areas of HR operation
* Foster positive employee engagement through constructive relationship-building with employees at all levels
* Spend approximately 60% time coaching managers/employees embedding change initiatives & supporting operational programs (shop floor focus)
