Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our operations team.
* Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering small to large-scale projects.
* Manage procurement processes and materials planning for project delivery.
* Maintain project financial records, including cash flow and invoicing.
* Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value services.
* Support onboarding processes for clients and subcontractors.
Key qualifications include previous experience in project coordination, administration or office support, excellent multitasking ability, strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation and teamwork.
