Senior Nursing Leadership Role
A dynamic and ambitious nurse with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and leading high-performing nursing teams is required to join our organization in a senior leadership role.
Job Summary
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvement by monitoring patient outcomes and implementing corrective actions. You will also lead and mentor the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to and follow guidelines and regulations that ensure the highest standards of patient care.
* Lead and motivate the nursing team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based patient care plans.
* Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all patient care needs.
* Drive continuous quality improvement by monitoring patient outcomes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
* Registered with the relevant nursing authority.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
* Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and staff development.
