Job Description
The Clinical Support Assistant will provide administrative support to the clinical team in the Accident and Emergency department. The role will involve preparing patient paperwork, scanning and emailing documents to relevant services, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of patient paperwork, including scanning and emailing documents to relevant services
* Maintenance of accurate records, including patient information and treatment plans
* Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks, such as printing reports and filing
* Providing a high level of customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications in administration or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
