Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Work Schedule: Day and night shifts, flexibility required
Salary Range: €13.50 - €14.50 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications and Skills
* EU Citizen
* Healthcare/social care qualification or relevant experience
* Intermediate English Levels, B1+
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions and procedure
* Good organisation skills
* Excellent Observation skills
* Capacity to work in a team but use your own initiative
* Professional, caring, and kind nature
General Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality person-centred care according to residents care plans
* Getting to know residents’ interests and needs, providing attention, support and companionship
* Promoting the mobility of residents, supervising and assisting as necessary to ensure optimum mobility is maintained and improved where possible
* Enabling and assisting residents to maintain their personal appearance /hygiene needs while always maintaining their dignity
* Enabling and assisting residents to eat/drink and achieve physical comfort
* Participating, organising and carrying out social activities
* Sustaining high level of communication between resident’s family and staff developing good relationships
* Adhering to relevant policies and procedures at all time
