This role plays a key part in delivering reward-related projects, conducting market benchmarking, and ensuring the smooth operation of annual compensation cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in total rewards, excellent data skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across regions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Support the delivery of global and regional compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits renewalsAssist in the preparation and validation of compensation data for annual and ad hoc processesMaintain and update compensation structures, job grading frameworks, and internal equity modelsConduct market research and participate in global and regional compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford)Analyze benchmark data to support pay positioning, salary structure updates, and reward recommendationsPrepare insights and reports to inform compensation decisions and business casesContribute to the execution of global reward projects, including system implementations, policy updates, and process enhancementsSupport post-merger integration activities by helping align reward practices, data, and documentationAssist in the development and standardization of global reward policies and proceduresPartner with HR Business Partners, regional HR teams, and finance to ensure accurate and timely reward deliveryRespond to reward-related queries and provide guidance on compensation practices and toolsSupport communication and training efforts related to reward programs and processesQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (required)Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) or HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plusProficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a global or regional roleExperience working with compensation surveys and market data analysisStrong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., IFS, Workday, SuccessFactors)Exposure to post-merger integration or global harmonization projects is desirableExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindsetIf you have the above experience and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference, apply today to find out more
