We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English/French or English/Spanish) to join our team based at our offices in Dublin City Center.
Your working hours will be from 13:00 to 21:00.
5 days per week, 7 hours per day, totalling 35 hours a week.
Around 33,200€ per annum (28,500€ salary + *Commissions).
*4,700€ per year based on data from 2024.
Salary Increase plan: First year 28.500€ + *Commissions Second year in the company Annual Bonus 1.000€ + *Commissions Third year in the company Annual Bonus 2.000€ + *Commissions All candidates must have EU Citizenship or Stamp 4.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: This position will require the successful candidate to demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a multilingual environment.

You will be advising our Vacation Club members on availability for reservations, providing product information, hotel reviews, processing payments, etc.
