Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll help ensure operational excellence, outstanding service delivery, and continued commercial growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport a high-performing branch operation, overseeing sales, customer service, stock control, opening/closing procedures, and logistics.Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold company standards.Assist with inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.Drive sales performance through proactive customer engagement and business development initiatives.Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation and internal policies.Deputise for the Branch Manager as required, maintaining operational continuity.Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Lead the trade counter team to maximise sales opportunities within the branch.Skills & QualificationsProven supervisory or management experience within builders providers, construction supply, or a related industry.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.Strong product knowledge of building materials and related trades.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.Strong commercial awareness and proven sales experience.Competency in Microsoft Office and relevant POS/inventory systems.Full, clean driving licence.APPLY NOWCplCorkSales
