Application Analyst I
Job Description:
The Application Analyst I provides frontline support for clinical and business applications within a managed services division. This role is ideal for recent entrants to the healthcare IT industry who have gained application certifications or preliminary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve necessary certifications and follow learning paths to ensure ongoing growth.
* Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or a related field (relevant education and/or 6+ years industry experience).
* 3+ years experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst position with degree requirement.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
